REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN RICHLAND COUNTY FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA

The State of South Carolina, via its Department of Administration’s Real Property Services, is seeking a landlord to lease approximately 21,500 rentable square feet of office space in Richland County (Columbia) to house University of South Carolina Student Affairs & Academic Support functions. The lease must be gross, include all operating expenses, and meet extensive technical, ADA, parking, and security requirements. Proposals must detail rentable and usable square footage, provide floor plans, and submit rates for 3‑, 5‑, 7‑, or 10‑year terms.
