FACILITY SPACE IN IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO

The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking expressions of interest for facility space in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The laboratory is looking for a partner to provide between 200,000 to 350,000 square feet of general use office space over the next five to seven years. Interested parties can offer partial or full-scale solutions, and partnering methods may include full-service leases, NNN leases, privately financed lease construct, purchase/sell of existing facilities, and developer financed construction with purchase and sell agreement.
