The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive security services for the SCSU (South Carolina State University) campus and related facilities. The contract will cover the provision of uniformed security personnel, patrols, access control, and emergency response coordination. Bidders must be able to staff the site with trained guards, manage scheduling, and maintain compliance with state security regulations. • Provide on‑site security guard coverage 24/7, including night shifts and holiday staffing. • Implement access control systems, visitor screening, and incident reporting. • Coordinate with local law enforcement and campus officials for emergency response and risk mitigation. • Deliver regular performance reports and maintain required certifications for all personnel. • Offer flexibility to scale resources based on seasonal campus activity fluctuations.
