LED Screen System

The U.S. Army is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources for the provision and installation of fine pixel pitch LED screen system panels, corresponding controllers, encoders, and mounts. The system must include LED screens with a total display size of approximately 19.7 feet (W) x 5.5 feet (H), cabinets, a 4K controller, and on-site commissioning and training. The contractor must also provide a 10-year Warranty/Maintenance Service Agreement and customer service support. • The system must meet specific size and performance standards. • The contractor must provide on-site commissioning and training. • The contractor must provide a 10-year Warranty/Maintenance Service Agreement and customer service support. • The system must be installed at the U.S. Army location in Bell Chasse, LA.
