Big Time Texas Hunts

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking proposals to provide high-quality guided big game and bird hunting packages to be awarded as prizes in the Big Time Texas Hunts drawing. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing guide service, meals, lodging, and any required on-site transportation for the hunts. The hunts must be conducted in Texas and must provide a reasonable opportunity for harvesting mature, high-quality animals. The contractor will be required to provide documentation of the hunts, including high-quality digital pictures of the hunters with harvested game. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing guided hunting services. • The contractor must have the necessary qualified personnel, skills, and facilities to fulfill the requirements of the contract. • The contractor must be in good financial standing. • The contractor must comply with all laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations pertaining to the services requested. • The contractor must provide a price sheet with all costs for services listed. • The contractor must provide company information, including company name, principal place of business, contact person, and personnel who will be responsible for management and day-to-day operation of services. • The contractor must provide a hunt guide profile, including guide name, years of experience hunting, and years of experience providing guided hunts. • The contractor must provide past projects with corresponding references, including company name, company address, contact name, title, phone, service period, and brief description of project.
