Amphitheatre Stage Audio, Visual, and Lighting Equipment

The City of Hollywood, Florida is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to deliver professional Amphitheater Stage Audio, Visual, and Lighting Equipment for ArtsPark at Young Circle Amphitheater. The contractor shall furnish and deliver professional-grade equipment suitable for outdoor live performances, productions, and special event applications. The bid must include all necessary equipment, materials, and labor required for the project. The City is looking for a contractor with a minimum of seven years of experience in the sale, supply, integration, and/or installation of professional audio, visual, and theatrical lighting systems for outdoor venues, performing arts facilities, amphitheaters, festivals, concert venues, or similar public assembly spaces. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must demonstrate experience with a minimum of three similar projects for governmental agencies, municipalities, performing arts venues, amphitheaters, or comparable facilities for projects completed within the past seven years. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor, reseller, or manufacturer representative for all proposed equipment brands. • The contractor must possess all licenses, certifications, and authorizations required to conduct business in the State of Florida and Broward County.
