Investment Management Services

Texas Southern University is seeking investment management services for its endowment fund. The selected respondent will provide investment policy and procedures, portfolio analysis, reporting, manager research and analysis, and other services. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions. The respondent must be a registered investment advisor and have at least 10 years of experience. The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, investment philosophy and technical methodology, past performance and references, transition and continuity, hypothetical portfolio, and cost/fees. • The respondent must have a minimum of $121,000,000 in assets under advisement. • The respondent must provide a detailed list of clients, including Texas public colleges and universities. • The respondent must provide samples of investment performance reports. • The respondent must describe their process for evaluating a client's investment performance. • The respondent must provide a hypothetical portfolio based on the current university portfolio.
