Rubbish Bin Service for Many Farms High School

The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking a contractor to provide rubbish bin services for Many Farms High School. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, with an option to extend for an additional 6 months. The contractor will be responsible for providing 2 roll-off bin services, including collection and disposal of trash and garbage. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * The contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order. * The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and supplies to complete the work. * The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. * The contractor must provide paid sick leave to employees, as required by Executive Order 13706. * The contractor must comply with all safety and health regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and equipment. * The contractor must provide a detailed invoice, including the quantity, unit price, and total cost of the services provided.
