Ice Skating Rink

The City of Dublin is seeking a qualified contractor to design, install, operate, and remove a seasonal outdoor ice‑skating rink at Riverside Crossing Park to support its annual Christkindlmarkt winter market. The contractor must supply a modular rink system (minimum 40 ft × 80 ft), refrigeration equipment, ice‑resurfacing machinery, staffing, and all related support services for the period from early October 2026 through mid‑March 2027, with a two‑year contract term and possible extensions. The operator will retain all revenues (admissions, skate rentals, etc.) and may propose a revenue‑sharing arrangement with the city.
