Statewide Moving and Relocation Services

The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking a contractor to provide statewide moving and relocation services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a free onsite evaluation, detailed cost estimate, and documentation of available resources for each relocation effort. The contractor must also be able to provide immediate services in unusual circumstances. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that best meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a free onsite evaluation and detailed cost estimate within 48 hours of initial request. • The contractor must be able to provide immediate services in unusual circumstances, including an onsite evaluation, detailed estimated cost, move schedule, and crew schedule within 24 hours of request. • The contractor must submit their offer documents by completing a submission to round two (2) by the offer due date. • The contractor must comply with all requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the solicitation.
