Containerized Seedlings and Services

The State of Michigan, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking proposals for custom-grown containerized conifer seedlings. The successful bidder will be required to provide high-quality seedlings that meet the State's specifications. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value to the State, based on factors such as product quality, delivery, and service capabilities. Bidders must have previous experience growing stock types and volumes listed in Schedule B, Table 2. The State reserves the right to modify the RFP, cancel the process, or disqualify bidders who do not follow the instructions. • The RFP includes a detailed evaluation process, with criteria such as technical evaluation, pricing, and service capabilities. • Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the SIGMA VSS system. • The State will post the Award Recommendation and Evaluation Synopsis on its website. • Bidders may request confidential treatment for certain information, but must follow the procedures outlined in the RFP.
