Unaccompanied Airmen Lodging Services

The Vermont Air National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide long-term lodging services for its members. The contract requires the provision of fully furnished units, with a minimum of 4 units available at all times. The contractor must provide daily services, including cleaning and preventative maintenance, and ensure that the units comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. • The contractor must provide units with individual room-controlled heating and air conditioning, as well as ventilation necessary to maintain comfort for occupants. • The contractor must provide washers and dryers for occupants to wash and dry their personal clothing. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and repair services at the facility manager or occupant's request. • The contractor must provide cleaning services, including an in-depth cleaning of the facility after each occupant departs and prior to new occupant arrival. • The contractor must provide security measures, including security cameras, gated community, or security guards. • The contractor must provide reports, including immediate reports of any disturbances or issues, monthly reports on facility and maintenance issues, and annual reports on trend analysis and recommendations for improvement.
