Annual Contract FY 2026-2027

Webb County is seeking to award a contract for an Annual Contract for Outdoor Advertising. The contract will be used by Webb County Offices throughout Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The scope of work includes providing outdoor advertising services. Interested bidders must submit their bids by August 6, 2026, at 3 pm (CT). The bid package must include all required documentation, including a completed "Form A" bid price sheet. • The contract term will be for 12 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. • The county reserves the right to select a primary and secondary vendor or to select multiple vendors for this contract. • The contract terms and conditions are subject to change. • Bidders must disclose any existing or potential conflict of interest relative to the performance of the requirements of this ITB.
