Description
The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Real Estate Information Services. The services include providing online real estate and property ownership reports, large real estate and ownership data sets, data files of foreclosure actions, and data files of assignments, releases, and modifications. The contractor will be required to provide access to data via direct database access, web API, or FTP. The contract term is for five years, with an option to renew. The anticipated source of funds for this RFP is the City's General Fund, with approximately $125,000 available for the provision of Real Estate Information Services.
