Description
The Air Force Services Center is seeking qualified CPA firms to provide independent audit services for its Non‑appropriated Fund Instrumentalities (NAFIs). The work includes annual financial‑statement audits, performance/operational audits, and ad‑hoc “Commander’s Special Interest” audits across a wide range of Air Force installations and programs. The contract will be a five‑year IDIQ (one‑year base period with four one‑year options) and will be structured with firm‑fixed‑price line items for standard audits and time‑and‑materials for special interest audits.
• Conduct dual‑year financial‑statement audits of NAFIs, delivering independent auditor opinions and management letters.
• Perform performance audits of the Shared Service Center, Venture Gaming Program, Cadet Dining, and other designated activities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Respond to short‑notice special interest audits, travel to multiple domestic and overseas installations, and meet strict reporting timelines (pre‑brief, fieldwork ≤ 4 weeks, draft and final reports within 10 business days).
