Pest Control - Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park

The Kentucky Department of Parks is seeking a vendor to provide pest control services for the Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. The contract will include monthly integrated pest management services for various areas of the park, including the main lodge, village green lodge, conference center, cottages, residences, maintenance and housekeeping areas, pro-shop, golf maintenance, and business office. The vendor will also be required to provide exterior pest control barrier treatments, targeted treatments for seasonal pests, and interior flea treatments as needed. The contract will be for a period of one year with a one-year renewal option. • Monthly integrated pest management services for various areas of the park • Exterior pest control barrier treatments • Targeted treatments for seasonal pests • Interior flea treatments as needed • Compliance with Kentucky state regulations and laws • Provision of detailed service reports and maintenance of a binder of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals and baits used on the property
