The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscaping and site‑maintenance services for its Clinical Research Center and adjacent Parking Services area (approximately 88,000 sq ft total). The work includes seasonal planting, regular mowing and trimming, irrigation system management, chemical treatments, tree and shrub care, and miscellaneous hand‑labor throughout a typical five‑year contract horizon (1‑year base term with up‑to‑four optional renewals).
