RFP (Secondary) SGC26005 - TCC CRC Technical Assistance

The State of California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive implementation technical assistance to grantees of the Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Round 6 and Community Resilience Centers (CRC) Round 2 programs. The work includes grant‑management support, project‑management assistance, subject‑matter expertise across 13 TCC strategies and CRC strategies, greenhouse‑gas quantification, capacity‑building workshops, and ongoing reporting and evaluation. The contract is capped at $3.05 million, runs from March 2027 to September 2032, and requires compliance with Small Business and Disabled‑Veteran Business Enterprise participation goals. • Provide individualized technical assistance (grant administration, budgeting, invoicing, compliance) to TCC and CRC grantees. • Deliver subject‑matter expertise, GHG quantification, and capacity‑building training (virtual and up to two in‑person convenings). • Manage quarterly reporting, mid‑point and final evaluations, and maintain a TA tracker throughout the contract term.
