Intent to Sole Source - Finadium Full Access Research Data Subscription

The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Office of Financial Research and the Financial Stability Oversight Council, intends to contract with Finadium LLC for a sole source basis for a Finadium Full Access Research Data Subscription. The subscription contains information and independent analysis on micro and macro trends and news in the securities lending and securities repurchase agreement markets. The data must include detailed information on securities lending data, comprehensive information on the securities lending and repo market, and independent research on market conditions. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one 12-month base period with four 12-month options. • The Office of Financial Research and the Financial Stability Oversight Council require access to news and research from an objective source on conditions and trends in the securities lending market and securities repurchase agreement market trends. • The proposed contractor developed and owns the proprietary and patented hardware, software, and algorithms used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition. • The total estimated value of this purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. • Fiscal Service will consider written responses received no later than 07/24/2026, and responses must be submitted electronically to [email protected].
