Printable Proximity Cards

The State of Missouri’s Office of Administration – FMDC is seeking qualified vendors to supply printable proximity cards (ISOProx II 1386‑ISO and MIFARE DESFire EV3) for use in state‑owned facilities. The contract will run for one year with an option to renew twice for additional one‑year periods. Vendors must provide both pre‑coded and “code‑when‑print” cards, meet detailed technical specifications (frequency, format, numbering, finish), and submit sample cards for evaluation. All deliveries are FOB destination, freight prepaid, and invoicing must follow state procedures. The award will be based on a competitive quotation submitted by the deadline of 22 Oct 2026 (2 PM CT).
