The Shelby County Government’s Department of Housing is soliciting sealed‑bid proposals for a series of lead‑based paint hazard reduction and rehabilitation jobs throughout the county. Bidders may elect to submit proposals for any or all of the listed jobs, but must be registered contractors with a valid Vendor Number and Business Registration Number, and must submit their bids electronically through the Neighborly portal by the deadline.
