The City of Ormond Beach seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive video shooting and photography services for a variety of city‑related events over a two‑year period. The work includes capturing footage and images at major community and economic‑development events, conducting interviews and testimonials, and producing a polished 15‑minute video for the State of the City banquet in October 2027 and again in 2028. Approximately 300 total hours of on‑site production and post‑production effort are anticipated.
