The Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to deliver a district‑wide, job‑embedded leadership coaching and capacity‑building program. The vendor will assess current coaching practices, provide on‑site shadow coaching for instructional leaders, develop and refine observation/feedback tools, analyze coaching data, produce regular progress reports, deliver targeted professional‑learning sessions, and create sustainable resources to embed the coaching model beyond the contract term. The effort is a fixed‑price, one‑year contract with up to two optional one‑year renewals. • Conduct baseline assessments of existing leadership‑coaching practices and set measurable success criteria. • Provide on‑site, job‑embedded coaching for Instructional Leadership Coaches, Regional Superintendents, Executive Staff, etc., following the district’s approved coaching model. • Design, refine, and implement coaching observation, feedback, and monitoring tools; produce trend analyses and regular progress reports. • Deliver professional‑learning workshops on feedback, questioning, conflict navigation, and other identified needs. • Build internal capacity and sustainability through reusable tools, calibration processes, and transition planning. • Submit required certifications, insurance, background‑check documentation, and adhere to all local‑vendor and de‑barment requirements.
