The City of Kingsland, Georgia is seeking bids for the construction of Boone Street, May Creek Drive, and Keith Dixon Way @ 3 LOC in Camden County, Georgia. The project consists of the following generally described work. Plans and Specifications are open to inspection digitally or may be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder shall begin the work related to this project on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the Contract Time of 480 calendar days of the Notice To Proceed. • The project is located in Camden County, Georgia, GDOT District 5. • The bid deadline is 9/30/2026 11:00 AM. • A bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid is required. • The contract time is 480 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
