Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Wastewater System Engineering Services

The City of Grants Pass is seeking an engineering firm to provide services for the Water Restoration Plant (WRP) and wastewater collections system. The selected firm will enter into a five-year Master Services Agreement to provide engineering services, including updating the WRP facilities plan, seismic upgrades, secondary clarifier rehabilitation, and replacement of various plant equipment. The firm will also provide services for the wastewater collections system, including upgrades to the Redwood Conveyance and updates to the Sewer Use code and Pretreatment Program. The City will negotiate individual work orders for each task, including specific scope of work and price for the work. • The City is looking for a firm with experience in municipal wastewater facilities and a strong team with expertise in engineering and project management. • The firm should have a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. • The City prefers to contract with a single or primary firm, under which sub-consultants may operate. • The firm should have a strong understanding of the City's needs and be able to provide innovative solutions to meet those needs. • The firm should have experience with similar projects in Oregon or Washington. • The firm should have a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
