The Tsé Náshchii’ Ólta grant school on the Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive physical‑therapy services for K‑5 special‑education students in its residential boarding program. The contractor must assess each student, develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs, provide direct therapy (individual, group, classroom), and maintain rigorous documentation and reporting, all while respecting tribal cultural considerations. • Conduct assessments, screenings, and develop individualized PT plans for up to ~150 K‑5 students. • Deliver evidence‑based PT interventions on‑site throughout the 2026‑2027 school year, including bi‑weekly teacher/parent consultations and participation in IEP/MET meetings. • Provide quarterly progress reports, maintain service logs, and input data into the NASIS system, complying with IDEA, 25 CFR 63, and tribal regulations.
