LP fuel for several location

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide liquid propane gas (LPG) delivery services to several locations, including Crownpoint Headquarters, Lake Valley Navajo School, Mariano Lake Community School, and Ojo Encino Day School. The contractor will be required to deliver LPG to these locations on an as-needed basis, with a goal of maintaining each LPG tank above 20% capacity. The contractor must have a Navajo Nation Permit to deliver on the Reservation and must demonstrate the capability to meet the delivery time frame of 3 days ARO. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor will be responsible for delivering LPG to the specified locations. • The contractor must have a Navajo Nation Permit to deliver on the Reservation. • The contractor must demonstrate the capability to meet the delivery time frame of 3 days ARO. • The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor will be required to provide product specifications, including photos, and to identify the company Tax ID, Cage Code, and UEI number. • The contractor will be required to submit a complete and current point of contact information, including first name, last name, email, telephone number, and physical mailing address.
