Signals Intelligence Focused Technologies for Exploitation and Reporting (SIFTER)

The Air Force Research Laboratory is soliciting white papers under this Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) for the Signals Intelligence Focused Technologies for Exploitation and Reporting (SIFTER) program. The program aims to mature, prototype, demonstrate, and evaluate algorithms, methodologies, techniques, and capabilities to enable enhanced signal processing, exploitation, dissemination, and analytics of existing and emerging adversarial systems. The ARA includes five technology areas: Electronic Intelligence, Signals Intelligence Analytics, Autonomous Processing, Resilient Exploitation, and Cyber-SIGINT Cross Domain. The estimated funding for this ARA is approximately $99.9M, with individual awards not normally exceeding 60 months and dollar amounts ranging from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. • The ARA is open to all qualified offerors who meet the requirements. • The program is a two-step open advanced research announcement, with white papers accepted as initial submissions and formal proposals accepted by invitation only. • The ARA includes various technology areas, such as Electronic Intelligence and Signals Intelligence Analytics. • The estimated funding for this ARA is approximately $99.9M. • Individual awards will not normally exceed 60 months with dollar amounts ranging from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
