Shelter - ACS - Staging Area RFR

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) is seeking proposals for one or more qualified vendors to provide support services for emergency facilities, including shelter, food, laundry, and administrative services. The contract will be for a term of two years, with the option to extend for up to five additional two-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the contract will be based on a fee-for-service model. The vendor must be able to provide a range of services, including sleeping quarters, food service, feeding and lounge facilities, shower units, restroom facilities, laundry service, and administrative facilities. The vendor must also be able to provide services in a variety of locations throughout the Commonwealth, and must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must be able to provide services for a range of 10-1,000 individuals. • The vendor must be able to provide unit prices for services. • The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • The vendor must be able to provide services in a variety of locations throughout the Commonwealth. • The vendor must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. • The vendor must be able to provide a range of services, including sleeping quarters, food service, feeding and lounge facilities, shower units, restroom facilities, laundry service, and administrative facilities.
