The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive restroom sanitation services across multiple city‑owned facilities. The scope includes supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of feminine hygiene product disposal bins (pedal‑operated and touch‑free), diaper disposal bins, urinal screens, air‑purification units, air‑odor‑control units, and sharps containers. Service responsibilities cover regular cleaning, liner replacement, waste removal, electronic service notifications, compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, and a 48‑hour response window for service requests.
