Description
The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting sealed proposals for Phase I of the NJ Route 18 Sewer Cleaning and Lining Project. The work involves cleaning, CCTV inspection, and installing an ultraviolet (UV) cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner on approximately 4,980 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer ranging from 8‑inch to 24‑inch diameter. All work must be performed at night (Monday‑Friday, 9 PM‑5 AM) under NJDOT Highway Occupancy Permit LSC‑18‑C‑64728‑2026. Bidders must submit sealed envelopes to the Municipal Clerk by 11:00 AM on 2 Dec 2026, include a 10 % bid security (certified check, cash, or bid bond) not exceeding $20,000, and provide a surety consent and required certifications.
