Brand Name Only, BroadVision Software Renewal

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to purchase a Broad Vision Quicksilver Standard Success software renewal on a brand name only basis from authorized resellers. The software is required for the analysis of legacy data and is the only option that meets the government's minimum requirements. The contract will be a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, and the government intends to award the contract to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable. • The contract is for a period of 1 year, from 4/1/2026 to 3/31/2027. • The contract requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. • The offeror must quote Broad Vision brand name items, no substitutions, in the required quantities. • All resellers shall provide proof of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized reseller status. • The government may reject any offer if the offeror's authorized reseller status cannot be satisfactorily verified with the OEM.
