ELECTRIC METER REPLACEMENT, REBUILDING & TESTING

The Bristol Virginia Utilities Authority is seeking qualified contractors to replace, rebuild, and test three‑phase, self‑contained and/or CT‑rated electric meters throughout its service territory. The work includes removal of existing meters, installation of new meters, functional testing, and documentation of completed work. This contract is open to competitive bidding and will close on August 25, 2026. • Scope covers all electric meter sites within BVUA’s jurisdiction. • Requires experience with three‑phase and current‑transformer (CT) rated meters. • Contractor must provide full service‑ready meters, perform on‑site testing, and certify compliance.
