Okta Subscription Renewal

Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) is seeking an authorized Okta reseller to renew its existing Okta software subscriptions for the period November 1 2026 through October 31 2027. The scope is limited to providing the software licenses (SSO, Universal Directory, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Gold Support) and handling four separate purchase orders as a single coordinated transaction; no implementation, consulting, migration, or managed services are permitted. Vendors must submit itemized pricing, confirm ability to meet the four‑PO invoicing requirement, and ensure the renewal is completed before the current subscription expires. • Required renewal term: Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027 (12 months). • Four separate CNB purchase orders must be accepted and invoiced individually. • Estimated quantities: 5,079 SSO licenses, 5,079 Universal Directory licenses, 60 MFA licenses, 290 Lifecycle Management licenses, and 1 Gold Support package. • Proposals due by Sept 4 2026, with bids opening Sept 1 2026; award expected within 30 days of bid opening. • Vendor must be an authorized Okta reseller and must not add any administrative fees for the four‑PO structure.
