HVAC Water Treatment Supply and Service

The Brevard County School Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC water‑treatment supplies and services for approximately 85 school facilities (≈14,000 tons of cooling capacity). The contract is a fixed‑price, monthly‑rate agreement covering chemicals, testing, monitoring, equipment maintenance, reporting, and emergency response for cooling towers, condenser water, closed‑loop chilled/heating water, domestic hot water, and any other HVAC water systems identified during the term. Scope includes baseline assessments, development of Water Management Plans per ASHRAE 188, routine service visits (minimum twice‑monthly in cooling season, monthly otherwise), chemical feed management, Legionella monitoring, and quarterly/annual reporting. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a primary and an alternate contractor designated.
