16WS Cloud Platform BPA

The 16th Weather Squadron (16 WS) requires a new, sustainable cloud computing platform, specifically access to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the form of credits. The contractor must ensure the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is compliant with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). The contractor will provide a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need (SON). The plan should include all specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project. Key considerations include: • Cloud computing platform requirements • Compliance with FedRAMP and DoD Cloud Computing SRG • Provision of access to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the form of credits • Submission of a plan to meet the requirements outlined in the SON • Inclusion of specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project
