Description
The Township of North Brunswick is seeking a qualified engineering firm or individual to serve as the Zoning Board Engineer for the 2027 fiscal year. The consultant will review development applications, subdivision and site‑plan proposals, prepare memoranda, attend zoning board meetings, and provide any additional engineering services the board may request. The engagement is a professional‑services contract with an hourly rate schedule (Senior Project Manager $219/hr down to Technician $116/hr) and runs through January 31 2028. Proposals must be submitted online by November 13 2026, and the award is anticipated on January 19 2027.
• Scope: Development application review, zoning board meeting attendance, and ad‑hoc municipal engineering services.
