The Department of Children and Families is seeking bids for the provision of Conference Space and Catering Services. The procurement will be separated into three categories: Conference Space only, Catering Services only, and Conference Space with Catering Services. Bidders may choose to be qualified in a single Region or in multiple Regions. The contract will have an initial term of up to 10 years, with the option for renewal. The total estimated expenditures for this procurement over the potential duration of the contract are anticipated to be approximately $1 million. The successful bidder will be required to provide services to all cities or towns listed within the Regions they are awarded. Key considerations for bidders include: • A minimum of two years of experience in the category being bid • Ability to provide services for all cities/towns listed under the Regions they are bidding on • Completion of all required information in the Response Sheet for the category(s) being bid • Submission of a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) Plan Form #1 • Compliance with the terms and conditions of the RFR, including the use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for receiving payments and participation in the Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) initiative.
