This solicitation seeks a 100 % Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide a complete emergency beddown/shelter system and associated readiness training equipment for the 90th Civil Engineer Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract for multiple line items, including deployable tents, power distribution kits, light assembly kits, a skid‑mounted diesel generator, and on‑site installation/training. Delivery is required within 150 calendar days of award, with all items FOB to the installation site. The government will evaluate offers on price and technical compliance, awarding to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable vendor.
