X1AA--Detroit Vet Center Succeeding Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential offerors for a lease contract for a Vet Center in Detroit, Michigan. The center will require a minimum of 3767 square feet and a maximum of 4000 square feet of rentable space. The space must be located within one building and should be in an existing single-tenant building. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required.
