Retiree Dental Benefits for Health Options Program

The Public School Employees' Retirement Board is seeking proposals for retiree dental benefits for the Health Options Program. The selected provider will be responsible for providing a fully insured, voluntary retiree Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) Plan for Medicare-eligible participants. The contract term is 5 years, with the option for renewal. The provider will be responsible for enrollment administration, claim adjudication, and communications administration, among other services. • The provider must have experience in providing similar services to large groups. • The provider must have a strong network of dental providers. • The provider must be able to provide detailed reports and analytics on plan performance. • The provider must be able to provide excellent customer service to plan participants. • The provider must be able to work closely with the Board and other stakeholders to ensure smooth plan administration.
