The Ohio State University is seeking a general contractor to renovate approximately 2,400 sf of interior space at 640 Ackerman Road, Columbus, OH, creating new conference and meeting rooms, and to upgrade HVAC and electrical systems for an additional workstation suite at 670 Ackerman Road (Alternate A‑1). The work includes selective demolition, structural steel and metal framing, new gypsum board, acoustical‑ceiling installation, new flooring, painting, fire‑sprinkler and fire‑alarm modifications, HVAC ductwork and controls, electrical power and data distribution, and coordination of all trades to meet Ohio Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire‑Protection, Energy, and Accessibility codes.
