Delivery and Lease of a Prefabricated Portable Modular Office - ODFW Rogue District Office

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a prefabricated, portable modular office for delivery and lease. The office should have a minimum of 300 sq. ft, be approximately 10 ft wide and 40-45 ft long, and have an interior configuration of two private offices and one large common area. The lease will be for 12 months, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery, setup, and removal of the modular office. • The modular office must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document. • The bidder must provide a floor plan of the proposed modular office with their bid submission. • The bidder must include the cost of delivery, setup, and removal of the modular office in their bid. • The bidder must hold their pricing firm for 30 days. • The State of Oregon reserves the right to determine whether a product offered is "equal" to the specified product.
