Joint Base Langley Eustis Tank Repairs

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a small‑business contractor to perform comprehensive repair and maintenance on Tank 2186 located at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis. The scope includes structural, mechanical, and coating work as well as final inspection to API 653 standards. • Replace tank roof and associated roofing components • Repair and replace issue, receipt, low‑suction, and other piping sections • Remove mechanical tape gauge and spiral stairs; install new components • Repair stilling well, ATG system, shell manholes, and tank grounding • Replace tank chime sealant and address weld spacing • Provide new data plate and complete tank strapping charts • Perform full coating removal and re‑application for tank and piping • Conduct final API 653 inspection and certification
