Metal Sunshades Maintenance, Inspections and Repairs

The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide full‑service inspection, maintenance, and repair of five metal roof sunshades at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, Virginia. The effort includes semi‑annual and quarterly inspections, LED lighting checks, bird‑nesting mitigation, lightning protection, obstruction lighting, reflective safety devices, fall‑protection, and any other attached features. Work must follow OEM specifications, applicable building codes, and Unified Facilities Criteria.
