Statewide Co-Op Program

The Delaware Workforce Development Board is seeking a prime intermediary to design, launch, and manage a statewide cooperative‑education (Co‑Op) learning program that links Delaware college juniors, seniors, and graduate students with Delaware employers for paid work‑based learning experiences. The vendor will act as the program’s central coordinator, handling recruitment of students and employers, case‑management, data reporting, and ensuring compliance with WIOA and state regulations. Up to $1 million in funding is available for the initial contract year (Oct 10 2026 – Jun 30 2027) with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions. The award may be split among multiple vendors, but subcontracting is prohibited.
