Minnesota State is seeking a comprehensive, modular nursing education solution that supports student learning, assessment, clinical simulation, analytics, and faculty development across its system of colleges and universities. The contract will be a master agreement allowing campuses to purchase individual or bundled modules, with tiered pricing, volume discounts, and per‑student or per‑module options. The solution must integrate with D2L Brightspace, support LTI 1.3, SSO, meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and provide robust analytics, NCLEX preparation tools, and simulated EHR capabilities. The award will be a five‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals. • Provide digital content, question banks, adaptive practice, skills videos, and remediation pathways aligned to AACN, CNEA, ACEN standards. • Deliver secure assessment tools, NCLEX preparation, virtual simulations, and a simulated EHR that integrates with campus LMS and gradebooks. • Offer faculty development, analytics dashboards, data governance, and compliance with security, accessibility, and AI‑transparency requirements.
