Scheduled Mowing, Processing, Removing Hay Services -Sturgis, SD

The State of South Dakota, Department of the Military is seeking a contractor to harvest hay from approximately 12.92 acres located east of the South Dakota National Guard (SDNG) Sturgis Armory, adjacent to Sturgis High School. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the services as described in the specifications. The primary purpose of the designated haying area is to support training and operational readiness of the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG). • The contractor must have the ability to meet the mowing conditions outlined in Exhibit A. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the services. • The contractor shall have no claim for compensation, damages, or reimbursement resulting from training activities that may occur before, during, or after haying operations. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, permits, and requirements applicable to providing services pursuant to this Agreement.
