The City of Thornton is establishing a five‑year, on‑call pool of pre‑qualified independent contractors to perform a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and operational services for its farms and outbuildings in the Ault area. The contract does not guarantee a minimum volume of work; the City will issue individual task orders (Purchase Orders) as needs arise, each capped at $150,000. Vendors must be able to provide services ranging from roofing, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, pest control, irrigation, excavation, landscaping, and general handyman work. The solicitation requires submission of a notarized Independent Contractor Agreement, completed Exhibit A (qualifications) and Exhibit B (pricing), a current W‑9, and certificates of insurance meeting specified limits. Proposals can be delivered in hard copy to the Ault Agricultural Stewardship Office or emailed to the Contract Administrator.
