Proposal for NN School and Community Safety Task Force to Provide Public Relations and Special Events on School Safety

• Develop and execute PR strategies using media, publications, and social‑media to educate parents, students, officials, and first responders. • Plan, organize, and manage special events focused on safety, wellness, and disaster preparedness. • Demonstrate prior experience with tribal or Native American entities, especially the Navajo Nation, and hold Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act certification. • Provide detailed cost breakdown, annual budget allocation, and separate sealed cost proposal. • Submit three hard‑copy copies plus a USB, all sealed, with required W‑9, debarment/suspension form, and contract acceptance statement.
